Course Overview

This intensive two-day class is designed specifically for law enforcement professionals seeking advanced skills in firearm engagement around vehicles. Participants will gain hands-on experience and tactical knowledge necessary for responding to high-risk incidents involving vehicles, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and real-world application. Prior firearms training and Stop The Bleed, TCCC, or equivalent are recommended.

·       Ballistic considerations of vehicles

Course Structure

1.      Lecture Sessions: In-depth discussions covering vehicle ballistics, tactical considerations, and legal aspects of engaging threats in and around vehicles.

2.      Practical Applications: Live-fire drills simulating real-world scenarios, including shooting from various vehicle positions, wounded shooter techniques, and rapid weapon transitions.

3.      Tactical Trauma Care: Hands-on training in immediate medical interventions for law enforcement officers, emphasizing care under fire and integration with engagement drills.
